At DMC Coaching, we are committed to unlocking the full potential of individuals through professional coaching.
Founder, Danielle Casbon is an ILM qualified coach and a CIPD Level 7 HR professional. She has a number of years experience of coaching individuals at all levels within a business whether that be senior leadership, people managers or team colleagues. Danielle tailors her approach to the individual every time to support them in achieving their goals.
"I'm passionate about supporting individuals to unlock their potential and help them achieve their goals and aspirations. I have worked within HR for 12 years now across a wide range of industries and have had the joy of coaching and mentoring SLTs, people leaders and employees for nearly 10 years."
